What is Vitsis?
Vitsis is a cash flow tracker for freelancers and small businesses. You log inflows and outflows, set up scenarios, and see your runway projected 30, 60, or 90 days ahead.
Does Vitsis connect to my bank?
No. Vitsis does not connect to banks or read transactions automatically. You enter inflows and outflows yourself. This keeps the app offline-friendly and means your data never leaves your device.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in your browser using IndexedDB. There is no account, no server, and no sync. If you clear your browser storage or switch devices, the data does not follow you.
Is Vitsis free?
Yes. Vitsis is free to use. There is no signup, no plan, and no payment step.
Does Vitsis work offline?
Yes. After the first load, the app continues to work without a network connection because all data is stored locally and there are no API calls for data.
What is cash runway?
Cash runway is the number of days your current cash covers your net outflows. If you have $9,000 on hand and your net outflow is $300 per day, your runway is about 30 days. Vitsis calculates this from your accounts and transactions.
Can I forecast irregular income?
Yes. Add expected inflows on the dates you expect them and mark them as 'expected' rather than 'cleared'. The forecast incorporates expected transactions; when payments arrive, you flip the status to cleared.
How are scenarios used?
Scenarios are named adjustments layered on top of your baseline forecast. A typical setup is three scenarios: Baseline, Lean, and Stretch. Each one models a specific change so you can compare runway across them.
Does Vitsis handle invoicing?
No. Vitsis is focused on cash flow. For invoicing, pair it with a dedicated tool like Invoze. The handoff is straightforward: send invoices in the invoicing tool, mirror the expected inflows in Vitsis, and mark them cleared when paid.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings includes a 'Clear all data' action that wipes the workspace. Because data is stored locally, this is the only step required.
